Disappointed with his results in the battle against the final boss Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, Twitch streamer and YouTuber Kai Senat realized he needed professional help. He invited a psychologist to the live stream to help him deal with his emotions.

Senat fought the boss for about 60 hours when Aubrey Williams appeared on the broadcast. By profession a model, she also provides consultations and has a master's degree in marriage, couple, and family counseling from Stetson University.

For half an hour, Senat tried to explain the mechanics of Elden Ring. Williams taught him breathing techniques, positive thinking, and visualizing the results of achieving his goal in the game. Overall, the broadcast of the game, known for its difficulty, lasted 92 hours, with 6-7 hours of sleep between gaming sessions.

“I’ve been on the final boss for the last 60 hours of my life, and I can't go back. And I'm trying everything, I've gone to get new weapons, I've gone to upgrade all my skills. I've done so much,” complained the blogger.

“Let's close our eyes for a second,” Williams requested.

“Oh, I'm scared, I see Radahn again,” Senat said, referring to the final boss.

After calming down and strengthening his mind under Williams' guidance, he resumed the battle with the boss under observation.

“You may need to step back and give yourself a good five minutes just to reset and put your energy only on seeing this good effort. Just a long good effort,” Williams told Senat during the session.

After that, a few breathing exercises and a brief moment where the blogger thought the consultant was laughing at his attempts, Aubrey Williams wished the streamer good luck and left the stream. She stated on social media that she had decided not to conduct a full clinical session with the streamer when he was trying to achieve his goal live. Senat defeated Radahn in about six hours and 40 deaths, or 67 hours after his first encounter with the boss.

Kai Senat, who has 11.7 million followers on Twitch and is one of the largest content creators on the streaming platform, trailing behind Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, who holds the top spot with 19.1 million.
