The first iPhone 16 units have reached some customers ahead of the official sales launch, resulting in a flurry of unboxing videos and unofficial looks at Apple's latest smartphones circulating online.
In the first video shared on Twitter by user Majin Bu, a Black Titanium variant is showcased. The footage highlights the new control button located on the right side (primarily designed for quick access to the camera and adjustments such as zooming).
As expected, the package lacks the signature Apple sticker, small manual with basic instructions, and SIM card ejector, but it does include a USB-C cable.

The second video compares the iPhone 16 Pro in Desert Titanium with the iPhone 15 Pro in Blue Titanium. The new model, featuring a 6.3-inch display, appears slightly larger and thicker—however, those seem to be the only noticeable differences.

The iPhone 16 Pro features a 48 MP ultra-wide camera and Apple's latest Ceramic Shield material—but, of course, these features are hard to notice just by looking at the phone. Additionally, the new Pro models are equipped with the faster A18 Pro chip and promise longer battery life.
Although it is still too early to evaluate the phone's performance metrics, initial reports suggest that consumers are more interested in the standard iPhone 16 models—the demand for the Pro versions has yet to meet expectations.
