On August 21, the Future Games Show took place at the Gamescom 2024 festival. The organizers presented numerous trailers and announcements regarding video games. We have compiled the most intriguing ones.
Mars Attracts
The show kicked off with the world premiere of Mars Attracts, a theme park building simulator set on Mars. The game is scheduled for release in 2025. You can find the game's page on Steam here.
The Explorator
The Explorator is a shooter that combines 2D animation with 3D environments. Players will explore a lost city and battle goblins. A demo version is already available on Steam.
Sid Meier's Civilization VII

Greedfall 2: The Dying World
The developers showcased gameplay from Greedfall 2: The Dying World — the sequel to the 2019 role-playing game. The game will enter early access on Steam on September 24.
Atomfall
Ben Fisher from Rebellion discussed Atomfall — a first-person shooter set in 1950s Yorkshire after a nuclear disaster. The game will be released on PC (Steam), PlayStation, and Xbox in 2025.
Croak
The creators of Cuphead and Rick and Morty introduced Croak — an animated platformer for PC (Steam).
Monaco 2
Monaco 2 continues the co-op heist game from 2013. The new trailer showcased the main characters for the PC version (Steam).
Ravenswatch

Zero Space
Zero Space is a real-time strategy game developed with insights from Starcraft professionals. Players' decisions will shape the fate of the galaxy. The game will be available on PC (Steam).
Will: Follow The Light
Will: Follow The Light is an adventure game set in a harsh world. It will be released on PC (Steam) and consoles in 2025.
Akimbot
Akimbot is a platformer featuring cop buddies in the style of Ratchet and Clank. The game is set to launch on August 29 for PC (Steam) and consoles.
Exoborne
Exoborne is a shooter with an open world and challenging weather conditions. It will be released on PC (Steam) and consoles. Players can sign up for testing on the official site.
Retrieval
