According to insider information from Digital Chat Station, OnePlus is set to enlarge its smartphone lineup in December by introducing the OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro models.
Both smartphones will feature a flat 1.5K display, an optical fingerprint scanner, a metal frame, and support for 100W wired charging.
The OnePlus Ace 5 will be equipped with a battery capacity of 6200 mAh, while the Pro version will have 6300 mAh. The first model will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, whereas the Pro model is expected to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Both devices are anticipated to operate on OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15.
The Ace 5 is equipped with a main camera of 50 MP, an 8 MP ultra-wide module, and a 2 MP decorative sensor. Preliminary rumors suggest that the Pro version will feature a periscope telephoto lens, although its specifications remain unknown for now.
Additionally, it is worth noting that the OnePlus Ace 5 may be sold internationally as the OnePlus 13R, similar to last year when the Ace 3 was launched as the OnePlus 12R.
