Realme is preparing to release a new smartphone in its GT lineup. The Realme GT Neo6 comes with flagship-level specifications at a relatively low price.
The Realme GT Neo6 is equipped with the almost flagship-grade Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, which only slightly lags in functionality and performance compared to the top version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Users can choose between versions with 12 or 16GB of RAM and 256GB or 1TB of internal storage.
The novelty features a 6.78-inch display with curved edges, based on 8T LTPO AMOLED technology. The screen supports FHD+ resolution and a variable refresh rate in the range of 1-120Hz. The peak brightness for HDR content is claimed to be 6000 nits. The display is complemented by a fingerprint scanner and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
On the back panel, there is a dual camera setup. It includes a main module with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor, complemented by an optical image stabilization system, as well as an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module. The front camera in the display cutout contains a 32-megapixel sensor.
The Realme GT Neo6 smartphone also features a 5500mAh battery and support for 120W SuperVOOC fast charging technology. The body provides dust and water protection according to the IP65 standard. The device is available in green, purple, and silver colors. The device runs on the Realme UI 5 based on Android 14.
The Realme GT Neo6 will go on sale in China from May 15 in the following configurations:
- 12GB + 256GB — price $290
- 16GB + 256GB — price $332
- 16GB + 1TB — price $415.
