The informant OnLeaks, in collaboration with AndroidHeadlines, has revealed images of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra from various angles. Previously, only the front of the smartphone was visible.

The set of renders provides a clear view of the shapes and proportions of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The images confirm Samsung's departure from the sharp corners of its flagship model. For several previous generations, the company maintained a rectangular shape in the phone's design — now the corners are slightly rounded.

This new design has received some criticism from users due to inconvenience when carrying it in pockets, among other issues. Despite its firm stance, Samsung seems to have taken into account the feedback from owners of its most expensive flagship smartphone.

In other respects, the design of the S25 Ultra continues the series’ tradition. The edges are still straight and only slightly rounded. This can also be uncomfortable, but Samsung follows the fashionable trends set by competitors, particularly the Apple iPhone, known for similar edges. However, the previous Ultra model had a more rounded frame at the bottom. Overall, the Korean flagship has become more reminiscent of the Sony Xperia series, which, while not hugely popular in the market, has received positive reviews for its design.

AndroidHeadlines believes that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will retain a 5000 mAh battery despite a decrease in thickness. Supporters have been excited for some time about rumors regarding the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 across all flagship variants — Exynos chips are traditionally unpopular.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature a 50 MP ultra-wide camera with an ISOCELL JN3 sensor, a 200 MP main camera H2, and a 10 MP 3x telephoto with an IMX754 sensor. The S25 Ultra will be lighter than its predecessor, weighing only 219 grams compared to 232 grams. With a smaller profile, it will maintain the same screen size. Sources expect the phone to be released on January 13, 2025.
