The company HTC continues its attempts to grab a share of the smartphone market, which it once lost due to its own mistakes. This time, the company is preparing to release a mid-range smartphone HTC U24 Pro, although its price is approaching the level of flagship devices.
The new HTC U24 Pro is equipped with a 6.8-inch OLED display with rounded edges, FHD+ resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate. There is also a notification LED on the front panel. The device is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. The configuration includes 12GB of RAM and 256 or 512GB of internal storage. If that's not enough, there is a slot for a microSD memory card.
The HTC U24 Pro smartphone features a triple camera on the rear panel. It includes a main 50-megapixel module, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module, and a 50-megapixel telephoto module. The front camera in the display is based on a 50-megapixel sensor. The new device has a 4600mAh battery. It claims to support fast wired charging at 60W and wireless charging at 15W. Users are offered a 3.5mm headphone jack. The body provides protection against water and dust according to the IP67 standard.
The new HTC U24 Pro smartphone is already available for pre-order starting at $585. Actual sales will begin on June 30th. The manufacturer has prepared color versions Twilight White and Space Blue.
