GSC has updated the system requirements for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: RTX 4080 will be needed for 4K/60fps

A GTX 1060 6 GB is sufficient for minimal settings.

GSC Game World has updated the system requirements for the highly anticipated "S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl."

According to the latest requirements, the game needs 160 GB of disk space and at least 16 GB of dual-channel RAM.

For gameplay at 1080p with 60 frames per second on medium settings, a combination of Ryzen 7 3700X and RTX 2070 Super is recommended. Alternatively, those aiming for 1440p should consider the RTX 3070 Ti or Radeon RX 6800 XT. Additionally, GSC Game World suggests the RTX 4080 for playing in 4K at 60 frames per second on maximum settings.

"S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl" is set to release on November 20 — for PC and Xbox Series X/S. Preloading for the game is already available on Xbox consoles.
