It is worth noting that Family Link will allow you to share your password only with people in your family group, not with anyone who has a Google account.
The shared access tool for Google Password Manager will be available as part of the Google Play services update in May 2024 (version 24.20).
"When you share a password, members of your family group will receive a copy of it in Google Password Manager, ready to use," says the Google support page.
Google says that the password sharing feature will greatly simplify work and will be especially useful for parents who will be able to easily access, for example, their child's school assignments. However, most likely, Family Link will be primarily used as a convenient option for shared access to streaming and other services, VPNs, and the like.
Based on the screenshots from the previous leak of the feature above, Family Link will be definitely available on smartphones, however, it seems to be absent in the stable version of Chrome for computers.
