Google has announced the appointment of Tatyana Lukinyuk as the new director of Google Ukraine. It is worth noting that last year, Dmitry Sholomko left the company after leading Google's representation in Ukraine for 17 years (essentially since its inception).
Tatyana Lukinyuk brings over 25 years of experience working in international companies. She is expected to leverage her extensive knowledge and leadership skills in her new role as the director of Google Ukraine. Prior to joining Google, Tatyana served as the B2C director at "Kyivstar," where she oversaw sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
Before that, Tatyana worked in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector, holding leadership positions in sales and marketing at international corporations such as Coca-Cola and Mars, and later led Red Bull's business in Ukraine as CEO. In addition to her corporate accomplishments, Tatyana is also an associate professor at the Kyiv School of Economics and a co-author of a popular book on career building.
"Today marks the beginning of my tenure in this new role, which presents a certain challenge; however, I am determined to do everything possible to ensure that our employees, clients, users, and partners continue to receive the necessary support during these challenging times. I am excited about the future and am ready to actively participate in Google's initiatives aimed at assisting Ukraine in its recovery process and showcasing our resilience," said Tatyana Lukinyuk.
