The military registration document from the Register of Conscripts, Military Personnel, and Reservists can now be obtained through the "Diia" portal. This eliminates the need to travel to the relevant institution and waste time waiting in lines.
The electronic document obtained via the "Diia" portal holds the same legal validity as a paper document. It can be utilized in all situations as required today — from employment to verification at checkpoints.
The electronic military registration document includes a QR code. This enables the verification of the document's authenticity and information from the "Oberih" registry, such as reservation details. However, it is noted that the document can only be generated if all necessary information about the individual is present in the State Register of Conscripts, Military Personnel, and Reservists. If information is missing from the registry, which is not uncommon, the military registration document cannot be created through the "Diia" portal.
How to obtain a military registration document through the "Diia" portal:
- Log in to the "Diia" portal using an electronic digital signature (EDS).
- Select the “Military Registration Document” service.
- Click "Submit Application" and sign it with your electronic signature.
According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the electronic military registration document will be generated and appear in the citizen's cabinet on the "Diia" portal within 10 minutes.
