The new feature from monobank will reduce the time taken to complete a purchase from five minutes to just one minute by automatically filling in the "boring" details for you.
This includes, in particular, first and last names, phone numbers, email addresses, or post office branch details, and sometimes even postal codes, physical addresses, and as Gorokhovsky jokingly puts it, a “backflip.”
“Imagine, online shopping in 2023 has cost 182 billion hryvnias, yet the customer experience seems to indicate that there hasn’t been much investment in it. Everyone pretends that it’s convenient. It’s not convenient. But we’ve made it truly convenient,” — writes the head of monobank.

The service will be available to all monobank customers — however, purchases can be paid for using a card from any bank.
