Apple Intelligence has already made its debut in the beta of iOS 18.1 for developers, but as it turns out, it doesn't work as well as expected.

According to Android Authority, Apple's AI is marking phishing emails in the Mail app as high priority. The filter operates in a way that seems to ignore the sender's address and simply scans the text.

Apple Intelligence is arguably the most significant feature of iOS 18, integrating its own AI capabilities into the operating system. Although it is unlikely to be publicly available before October, developers can test it in the beta version now, and hopefully, Apple will address all the issues before the official release.

Reports that Apple Intelligence is inadvertently assisting "mail" scammers are currently circulating on Reddit.

It is worth noting that the phishing problem has long plagued Apple Mail, as current automated tools do not always function effectively. Meanwhile, Apple Intelligence, which was supposed to resolve this issue, seems to be further complicating the situation.
