Square Enix has announced the release date of the PC version of Final Fantasy XVI. This single-player role-playing game initially launched on PS5 in June 2023, with two expansions, Echoes of the Fallen and The Rising Tide, released in December and April, respectively. Now, PC users will be able to join the adventure. Final Fantasy XVI producer Naoki Yoshida revealed last September that the RPG would receive a PC port.

According to Square Enix, Final Fantasy XVI will launch on PC on September 17, 2024. Interested players can already pre-order the game on Steam and Epic Games Store. The price is set at 1399 UAH. There is also an option to pre-order the complete edition, which includes all DLCs for a total of 1999 UAH. Additionally, players can access a demo version of the game in both stores. Progress from the demo, which covers the initial segment of the game, will carry over to the full version.
Since its initial launch, Square Enix has rolled out numerous updates for Final Fantasy XVI to address bugs and enhance features, including a "quick resume" function to return to quest givers.
