EcoFlow has announced four new battery products designed to power everything from smartphones and home appliances during power outages to vans.

The most powerful of the new offerings is the second-generation Power Kit. This is a comprehensive power management system. The kits are designed to power a variety of equipment—even a small camper—without the need to assemble all the necessary components yourself. EcoFlow states that the new Power Kit v2, rated at 5 kVA and 48 V, is optimized for vans, is quieter (addressing user complaints about the first-generation models), and offers even greater capacity. The extended energy reserve of the battery, which has a capacity of 45 kWh, can last a week or longer. However, to achieve this, you will need to combine 9 quite large LFP batteries, each with a capacity of 5 kWh.

The integrated Power Hub can deliver 4000 Watts of power (up to 8000 Watts at peak load), which should be sufficient to run several devices simultaneously, such as a high-pressure espresso machine, an induction cooktop, and an air conditioner. The unit supports various inputs that can be combined for fast charging the batteries from sources like generators or solar panels.

The updated Power Kit v2 can monitor performance and provide information about water tank levels and temperature sensors if the new Power Link information center is set up. The new model features a larger 10-inch dedicated console display and supports a greater number of connected AC and DC circuits.

The mid-sized EcoFlow Delta 3 charger in its basic version comes with a 1 kWh battery and delivers an output of up to 1800 Watts. It can accept up to 500 Watts of solar energy. The Delta 3 Plus model can be expanded with additional battery packs for a total capacity of 5 kWh and supports up to 1000 Watts of solar input. Both versions come with various ports, including a couple of USB-C outputs at 140 Watts. The Delta 3 series operates quite quietly, emitting 30 dB of noise at an output of 600 Watts or less.

EcoFlow Delta 3 can keep a typical refrigerator running for "at least 5 hours" during a power outage. The device has an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) feature and switches in 10 ms.

The EcoFlow River 3 line is a compact solution offered in two models. The basic River 3 version has a fixed capacity of 245 Wh and supports 110 Watts of solar input. Meanwhile, the River 3 Plus has an expandable capacity starting at 286 Wh and supports solar charging up to 220 Watts. The base model can only output 300 Watts, while the Plus model doubles this power to 600 Watts. The Plus model's capacity can be increased to 858 Wh by adding two batteries. The River 3 devices also feature a 140 Watts USB-C port and can serve as a UPS for PCs.

Finally, the EcoFlow Rapid is a Qi2 wireless charger for phones that can also charge laptops. It will be available with a 5000 mAh or a 10000 mAh battery.

EcoFlow Power Kit systems will be available for pre-order starting October 15. The Delta 3 Plus will be available from September 10, and the basic Delta 3 will be on sale from October 1. The River 3 model will be available from September 10, while the River 3 Plus will launch on November 1. Sales of the EcoFlow Rapid will begin on November 1.
