TESLA Model Y and Model 3 are the most popular used cars from the U.S. at the end of October

In October 2024, nearly 2,700 used passenger cars imported from the USA were registered in Ukraine. Thus, 16% of the used cars that received Ukrainian plates in October originated from America.

Compared to October 2023, the demand for used cars from the USA dropped by almost 12%.

Ukrainians predominantly choose gasoline-powered American used vehicles, which account for 42% of the total. Electric vehicles are only slightly behind in popularity.

Popularity of used cars from the USA by powertrain type:

1. Gasoline cars — 42%;
2. Electric vehicles — 40%;
3. Hybrid cars — 8%;
4. Diesel cars — 5%;
5. Gas-powered cars — 5%.

The average age of American used cars that joined the Ukrainian fleet last month is 5.6 years.

1. TESLA Model Y — 285 units;
2. TESLA Model 3 — 274 units;
3. JEEP Cherokee — 158 units;
4. FORD Escape — 151 units;
5. VOLKSWAGEN Passat — 151 units.
