Elon Musk claims that the Tesla Cybertruck is the most durable vehicle you can buy for money—even with its numerous issues. A fan of the electric pickup demonstrated that the vehicle isn't quite as tough as advertised, and some individuals are overly confident.
Reality often diverges from fans' words—just as it did in this instance. The video creator aimed to showcase the strength of the Cybertruck's windshield by walking over two vehicles. However, things went awry, and he pretended that nothing had happened.
“This thing is built to last. I'm just walking on it right now,” he remarked as he climbed onto the hood and then onto the windshield.
One of the largest in the industry, the Cybertruck's windshield visibly flexed, and cracking sounds could be heard. A crack was noticeable along its right side. This damage could potentially cost $1900 and likely render the pickup unusable for an extended period.
Regardless of this, the video creator simply acted as if nothing had occurred.
Due to the many issues surrounding the Tesla Cybertruck, not least of which is Elon Musk's own attitude, the vehicle is currently not very popular and is a frequent target of jokes. This greatly bothers the creator.
“This is so funny, it's the most American car. You all hate this pickup, even though it's rethinking what they should be. Tesla makes most of the cars built in America during this period,” the fan continues to defend the vehicle even after damaging the glass.
Indeed, fanaticism can sometimes be literally blind and destructive. Just because something is liked doesn’t mean it’s flawless.
