A 24-year-old student from Adana, Turkey, shared a shocking incident on a Samsung forum.

The young man, who owns a Samsung S24 Ultra, decided to buy wireless headphones of the same brand — the Galaxy Buds FE.

“I didn’t even have time to charge them. They arrived with about 36% battery,” the student recounts. The tragedy struck when his girlfriend used the headphones for the first time.

“They just exploded in her ear, resulting in complete hearing loss,” he explains.

The couple immediately sought medical attention and received an official doctor's report confirming the injury. However, when they attempted to address the issue with Samsung, the situation became complicated.

Following the advice of a company representative, the student took the damaged headphones to a Samsung service center in Cemalpaşa, Adana.

“When they saw the headphones, they were shocked and offered their apologies. But that was the end of it,” he recalls.

Two days later, the service center reported that the headphones did not explode but only deformed. Samsung offered to replace the product or suggested that they seek legal action if the offer was unsatisfactory.

“I have been struggling with this situation for months. I have everything: the receipt, the date of the explosion, before-and-after photos, and a medical report confirming hearing loss due to the headphone explosion,” the frustrated user explains.
