The high-end gaming smartphone Nubia RedMagic 10 Pro featuring Snapdragon 8 Elite, a fan, an under-display camera, and a flat rear camera will be launched the day after tomorrow.
Nubia will officially unveil the RedMagic 10 Pro in China on November 13. This will be the first gaming phone equipped with Snapdragon 8 Elite and an active cooling system. Two days ahead of the launch, the company showcased its upcoming flagship in four different colors.
Similar to the RedMagic 9S Pro, the new flagship smartphone will feature a transparent back. There are two options with a transparent design: Deuterium Transparent Silver Wing and Deuterium Transparent Dark Night. The other two variants have an opaque back but, subjectively, a more elegant design. The "X" logo symbolizes the tenth generation of smartphones, not Elon Musk's social network.
Official renders reveal completely flat front and back surfaces for the RedMagic 10 Pro, consistent with the previous generation. The 1.5K display (1216×2688) offers a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a maximum brightness of 2000 nits, featuring even thinner bezels (1.25 mm) than those on the 9S Pro.
The images illustrate the cooling fan's placement, spacious shoulder buttons, and a mode switch. As with its predecessors, there are two ventilation openings for active cooling. The RedMagic 10 Pro will combine the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor with a proprietary gaming chip, R3, to enhance performance. It is informally expected to have a 7000 mAh battery with 100W charging.
The company has already announced a global launch for the Nubia RedMagic 10 Pro, which will occur at a later date. Earlier reports suggested that models RedMagic Pro+ and Ultra would also be released, but the company has not yet commented on them.
