"New Post" has added a "Tip" feature to the app - for couriers, contact center and branch workers (updated)

A new feature, according to the press service of "Nova Poshta," will allow customers to reward employees for pleasant and high-quality service through online payments.

The "Tips" function in the NovaPost app is already operational and will be available upon receiving a service (but only after rating it at least 4-5 stars). Users will be offered the option to select a fixed amount or specify their own.

Tips will be credited to the employee's NovaPay card within 1-2 minutes. Additionally, there will be an option to leave a text review.

Currently, the tipping option is available for couriers, contact center staff, and branch employees.

This weekend, "Nova Poshta" also opened its first branch in Rome (the second for Italy) at Via Albalonga 9-11. At this branch, customers can send documents, parcels, and freight up to 100 kg to and from Ukraine, within the country, and between European countries where Nova Poshta operates. Prices start at 900 UAH, with delivery times beginning at 5 days.
