“Nova Poshta” announced the launch of a new mobile application that enables users to perform all necessary actions independently—without the need for a call center. This is a unified application for all markets where “Nova Poshta” operates, including Ukraine and European countries.

Among the key innovations of the application are the following:

  1. Convenient package forwarding setup. Users can redirect a package, track it using the same tracking number, edit or cancel the forwarding, or request it again.
  2. Call a courier in just three clicks. Users only need to choose where, what, and when they wish to meet the courier. The same can be done for ordering home delivery. Additionally, users can send messages to the courier directly within the app, select a convenient time slot, and track the courier's movement in real-time 15 minutes before arrival.
  3. Control over every movement of their packages within Ukraine and abroad.
  4. Package management. Users can create a package within the app and then send it through a parcel machine, leave it at an office in a special box, or hand it to an operator. It's also possible to pay for a package on behalf of someone else and trust a friend to collect the shipment.
  5. Enhanced experience for picking up a package from a parcel machine. Now, it can be collected without internet access, with the assistance of a digital assistant available.
  6. All packages are now visible immediately on the main screen. They can be sorted into categories like "all," "to me," and "from me," and can also be filtered. A complete list of received and sent packages can be viewed in the archive.
  7. Favorite branch. Saved favorite branches or parcel machines in the user profile will be suggested during the process of forwarding or returning, speeding up the procedure.
  8. Simplified return process. Users can easily return goods directly through the app.

Moreover, the developers added the option to tip “Nova Poshta” staff—operators, couriers, and contact center employees. Users can also submit a claim for compensation in case of package damage and opt out of receiving promotional messages.

The app also introduces new opportunities for international shopping. For instance, users can order not only delivery of items to an office, parcel machine, or straight to their home from foreign stores but can also arrange for a purchase. To do this, users simply need to provide a link to the desired item, and “Nova Poshta” will handle the rest: find, purchase, and send it to you.

The new app version is already available for download on mobile devices for both Android and iOS.
