Since July 17, the electronic booking service has been operational on the "Diia" portal, and the Minister of Digital Transformation has shared the initial results.
In just one week, managers have booked over 34,000 employees through the portal, and according to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the decision for each booking took no more than one hour:
“The service is efficient, everything is fast, convenient, and transparent, with decisions made in about an hour. Companies submit applications for booking employees and receive responses for each employee individually. The service eliminates paperwork and unnecessary bureaucracy,” — said the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov.
In total, over 700 enterprises, institutions, and organizations have been recognized as critically important in Ukraine, with 800,000 individuals booked from mobilization (Deputy Minister of Economy Vitalii Kindrativ stated last week that about 1.2 million individuals could potentially be booked for military needs).
The "Diia" portal has also recorded instances of booking refusals; however, the percentage is small, explained Valeria Tkach, Deputy Director of the Electronic Services Development Department at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine:
“Primarily, this occurs when an employee is already booked, for example, someone they attempted to book again. Or the individual is not found in the register of conscripts, or the person is not in an employment relationship.”
At the same time, companies have reported that in some cases, the system incorrectly displays data (mainly issues have been noted regarding the critical status of the enterprise or messages about incorrect figures of conscripts and those booked).
Overall, others speak positively about their experience; for instance, the CEO of "Nebula Digital," Vadym Yanchuk, shared with dev.ua that he booked five employees in just 10 minutes.
