Smart grill Brisk It's Origin uses generative artificial intelligence as an assistant in cooking steaks. This is the assistant that will not fall asleep or be drunk to burn the meat.
The design provides automatic temperature regulation using thermal sensors and a controller. You need to set the temperature, and the grill will control the fuel so that your food is cooked at a stable temperature without any manipulation.
The grill has a choice of pre-settings, so you can press a button and leave it to do its job. The smart grill can learn about the user's personal preferences and create what the company calls "surprises" in cooking (hopefully pleasant). You can also manually control the grill. It has a control application, so you don't have to get up and approach the device.
Brisk It's Origin works on wood pellets and gives dishes a real smoky flavor. The Origin-580 grill is large enough to accommodate four chickens, five racks of ribs, or four pork butts, and there is also a larger Origin-940 option that will feed a larger group. The manufacturer Brisk promises more AI features in the future, device updates are available from the cloud. The 580 model costs $849, but is available with a discount for $699.
This is not the only smart grill that uses artificial intelligence. Seer Grills received an innovation award at this year's CES for their Perfecta grill based on artificial intelligence. It looks a little less like a grill, more like a futuristic multicooker that runs on electricity and gas.
