Another day, another lawsuit from Elon Musk.

This time, the billionaire is targeting advertisers who left X/Twitter in droves last year due to the social media platform's controversial policies. Reports indicated that ads from these companies appeared next to anti-Semitic or pro-Nazi posts.

Following this, Musk publicly insulted advertisers at a major tech conference, even giving Disney CEO Bob Iger the middle finger from the stage (according to Futurism).

About two months later, after X experienced record declines in advertising revenue, Musk tweeted that he "occasionally shoots himself in the foot." Now, the billionaire seems poised to take legal action:

“We have tried to achieve peace for 2 years, and now it’s war,” Musk wrote on Twitter, releasing an open letter from X CEO Linda Yaccarino.

In her letter, Yaccarino states that after working in media and advertising, she thought she had seen it all.

“Then I read the report from the House Judiciary Committee titled ‘Harm from GARM (Global Alliance for Responsible Media)’ last month. The report states that their investigation uncovered evidence of an illegal boycott against many companies, including X… This is why today X has filed an antitrust lawsuit against GARM, the World Federation of Advertisers, and members of GARM, including CVS Health, Mars, Orsted, and Unilever.”

Just a day prior, Musk announced another lawsuit (which he had previously dropped) against OpenAI co-founders Sam Altman and Greg Brockman, accusing them of "hooking" Musk in a long-term scam and deceiving him regarding the company's true purpose.
