The American vlogger IShowSpeed decided to showcase a Chinese robotic dog. When he asked the robot to bark and started barking himself, the dog responded by spraying him with fire.

The YouTuber IShowSpeed is known for his impulsive and sometimes controversial behavior. However, his videos entertain viewers and accumulate many views, including his latest one. In this video, he demonstrates a $100,000 robot dog from China and gives the machine various commands.

Initially, he asks the robot to sit and shake hands, and the robo-dog flawlessly executes the commands. Then, IShowSpeed does a backflip and asks the dog to replicate it— in response, it jumps. Things went awry when he reached the command "Speak!" The YouTuber even demonstrated barking. Likely, the robot interpreted this as too much and several times spat fire at its owner. He managed to escape into a pool and attempted to command the angry dog to stop with voice commands.

In an extended three-hour YouTube video, IShowSpeed discusses and shows how he orders the custom robot and sets it up to understand voice commands in English.

As of the time of publication, the original Instagram video had surpassed 49 million views and collected over 4 million likes. Commenters noted the dangers of such experiments and questioned whether it was staged. In response, others referred to the recorded stream by IShowSpeed on YouTube. Some compared the incident to an episode of "Black Mirror."
