On the morning of July 19, Ukrainians began to massively complain about the work of the mobile operator Vodafone, as well as failures in the operation of the electronic systems Sense Bank and "Nova Poshta."
Customers of the mobile operator in particular complained about the unavailability of calls (the call, in fact, simply ends with short beeps), and the application, while mobile internet works smoothly. At the moment, Vodafone has not commented on the issue.
"This morning, for an hour, there were difficulties in receiving services for some Vodafone subscribers in all regions of Ukraine. The company's specialists promptly responded to the situation, and as of 9:20, all main services are gradually being restored. The issue was caused by a failure in the operation of global information systems that affected the infrastructure of many companies worldwide," - say Vodafone.
Meanwhile, in Nova Poshta, they stated that the failure was related to some software updates, and the work will be restored shortly.
There were also technical issues with accessing the Sense Bank application: in particular, products, cards, and accounts were not displayed, and service payment was unavailable.
"The digital bank is currently experiencing an unplanned technical break. We are actively working on restoring all services and putting maximum effort to bring them back online as quickly as possible," - said the press service.
There are also reports of issues with creating jars in monobank.
Probably, today's failures (not only in Ukraine but worldwide) are related to a massive update of the corporate antivirus software CrowdStrike, published with an error, which led to certain problems with the operating systems of the product users.
