It became known the time of the annual Microsoft Build conference and the details of the sessions. The conference will start on May 21, 2024, and will end on May 23. During these three days, there will be numerous sessions, most of which will be online. Among the many sessions, the presentation of the "next generation of Windows for ARM" is highlighted.
Microsoft describes the event as an opportunity to get a "new exciting experience working with Windows on ARM this year". It is expected that Microsoft will shed light on the long-awaited artificial intelligence features in Windows 11, which will work natively.

Learn about the new exciting capabilities of Windows on the ARM platform that have emerged this year, such as intelligent Windows applications that utilize the broad capabilities of NPU. Find out what Microsoft and our partners are doing for developers with runtime, tools, and infrastructure for ARM. You will leave this session inspired, with a new vision of the platform's potential".
The new wave of computers coming out this summer will have NPU on board. The neural processor provides computational power for AI-specific tasks in programs and the operating system.
In addition to the event dedicated to Windows for ARM, there will be several other events focusing on AI and its benefits. In particular, there will be discussions on creating programs and plugins for Copilot.
