Many players are eagerly anticipating Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. However, the excitement surrounding the game's release might be somewhat overshadowed.
The Denuvo Games group on Steam has added the game to their list. According to them, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will feature the intrusive Denuvo anti-piracy protection and will not be released on the GOG store.
As of now, there is no mention of Denuvo on the official Steam page for the game. However, Deep Silver has used Denuvo in some of its PC titles. Denuvo was present in Dead Island 2, but it functioned well on PC.
If this information is accurate, it's a bit odd that Denuvo isn't being officially announced, especially since the game is already available for pre-order. Additionally, there are no minimum PC requirements listed yet. The developer Warhorse has yet to provide them, but Daniel Vávra previously claimed that KCD2 would require an NVIDIA RTX 4080 Super to achieve 60 frames per second at 4K with ultra-high settings. By the way, the issue of Ray Tracing has also not been unveiled.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is set to release on February 11, 2025. A lot is already known about the game, including over 20 minutes of gameplay footage.
