Developers of Opera GX teamed up with CD Projekt Red to create a full-fledged theme in the style of the hit Cyberpunk 2077 for browser users. Spoiler: it turned out to be as authentic and atmospheric as possible.
The mod changes the browser interface, completely reimagining it in the recognizable CD Projekt Red game style. It includes customized dynamic wallpapers that change depending on the time of day, various visual effects that sync with PC RGB lighting, as well as sounds and music from the game. Additionally, there are many different options in the settings that users can customize to their liking.
The Cyberpunk 2077 mod for Opera GX is free - those interested can download it from the GX.store. It is quite likely that the story will not end there, and in the future, Opera will continue to release new themes for gamers. By the way, in terms of Cyberpunk 2077, thanks to the high sales of the game and the "Freedom Illusion" expansion, 2023 was the second best year for CD Projekt Red in its history - total sales exceeded $750 million.
