This Cybertruck won't damage anyone's car or crash into a house wall. Manufacturer Xyber Team presented a mini-PC in the form of a miniature Tesla Cybertruck with an AMD Ryzen processor.
The Xyber XPC mini-PC was first demonstrated at Computex 2024, at that time it seemed like just a concept. But Xyber Team is launching the XPC into production and will release it very soon. The company has disclosed the computer's specifications: it will feature an AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS APU processor, up to 64GB of DDR5-5600 RAM, and up to 4TB of M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 SSD - powerful enough for a miniature device.
The Ryzen 7 8845HS is part of the Ryzen 8040 "Hawk Point" chip lineup, has 8 cores, supports 16 threads, clock speeds up to 5.1GHz, and 24MB of combined cache (L2+L3), the processor's TDP is within the range of 35-54W. The Radeon 780M graphics chip contains 12 RDNA 3 computational blocks with a clock speed of 2700MHz.
The design of the small Cybertruck chassis allows for opening all four doors and the trunk, LEDs simulate headlights. There are hidden input-output and power buttons on the chassis. Available ports include 1x USB 3.1 Gen1 (Type A), 2x USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-C with PD 3.0 support, 1x HDMI 2.1 output, and an audio jack.
Xyber Team has not yet announced the release date or price of the mini-PC resembling the Tesla Cybertruck. The developer has stated that the computer is in production, so it is likely to be expected in the coming months. Registering on the project page at Indiegogo will allow you to get a 10% discount. The PC is likely to be available in a base and "tuned" version. Considering the disclosed configuration, the price is expected to be in the range of $650-850.
