According to sources from the channel "Overheard in IT", AirSlate company is undergoing at least the third wave of layoffs in less than six months.
The first layoffs in the Ukrainian office took place in November of last year when 50 employees were let go. The second wave of layoffs occurred in February and affected around 30 employees. Now, as part of the third wave, the company has started to lay off mobilized workers.
It is noted that previously the company provided full compensation to mobilized workers, including those who left voluntarily. Now, if people are unable to work, they are either let go with compensation, or switched to a payment of $1,000 per month.
"Compensation is paid for several months plus a week for each year worked (but this is not accurate, possibly individual cases). For newly mobilized employees, a one-time payment is $1k, and that's it," the message says.
It is also reported that the company has started to save on contributions to collections. AirSlate has a policy of doubling employees' contributions. However, it is now somewhat limited and applies exclusively to humanitarian collections, excluding armament collections.
It was previously reported that the previous waves of layoffs were caused by failures in some of the company's products.
