The portable gaming console Lenovo Legion Go has a large 8.8" screen and detachable joysticks, which add convenience not found in competitors. However, some of them are lighter, like the ASUS ROG Ally - according to Windows Central, soon Lenovo will also offer a lighter and thinner version.

Lenovo Legion Go may seem heavy and large to some reviewers. All the features and powerful cooling add weight to the device. The console weighs almost 200g more than the ROG Ally. Sources familiar with Lenovo's plans report that a smaller version of Lenovo Legion Go is on the way.

The Lenovo Legion Go Lite console will get the same AMD Ryzen Z1 processor and some improvements compared to its predecessor. It is not clear what changes will occur, but the new device may have a slightly smaller display, no detachable joysticks, and a lower price. ASUS has a cheaper version of its Ally, which uses the AMD Ryzen Z1 chip (not Extreme).

It is known that Lenovo will introduce the Legion Go Lite soon. Taking into account Computex 2024 exhibition and competitors' offerings at the exhibition, it can be expected to appear there.
