The first portable console featuring AMD Ryzen AI 300 starts at $1099 — OneXFly F1 Pro customers will receive a medal.
Onexplayer has opened pre-orders for the first console powered by AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 and HX 370 processors. Early buyers will receive a unique reward. It's somewhat concerning that Onexplayer has not provided any reviews. However, this is not the manufacturer's first portable console, so significant surprises are unlikely. The company has launched the OneXFly F1 Pro with the two specified processors in several configurations:
- AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 — 32 GB + 1 TB, $1099
- AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 — 32 GB + 2 TB, $1199
- AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 — 32 GB + 1 TB, $1339
- AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 — 32 GB + 2 TB, $1439
- AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 — 64 GB + 1 TB, $1599
- AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 — 64 GB + 2 TB, $1699
The OneXFly F1 Pro console features either 16 or 32 GB of LPDDR5X-7500 RAM (similar to all other devices with Strix Point chips on the market). It includes a full-sized M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 storage slot. The initial configurations allow for up to 2 TB of storage.
The device sports a 7” OLED screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and also has two USB4 ports. However, the battery is only 48.5 Wh, nearly half of that found in the Asus ROG Ally X (80 Wh).
The company will literally reward the first console customers with a medal and a free protective case. This is quite an odd decision (not regarding the case).
Deliveries of the OneXFly F1 Pro are expected to begin by the end of November. Thus, it is roughly known when the first console with a Strix Point processor will be available — albeit at such a high price.
