The Ministry of Defense has officially launched the Army+ app, designed exclusively for military personnel. Its aim is to relieve service members from paperwork and enable them to submit reports online.
The app is now available for download on Google Play and App Store — however, only military personnel will be able to log in. Previously, a Ukrainian Armed Forces officer and head of the IT department at the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Oleg Berestovoy, shared several screenshots showcasing the app's interface:
During the official launch of the app, features such as report submissions, military ID, secure chat for service members, as well as online courses and programs were announced.
In addition to submitting reports, users of Army+ will also be able to track their status:
It is noted that electronic reports will carry the same legal weight as paper ones, and the Army ID service will eventually evolve into a fully-fledged electronic military document.
