One of the common complaints about S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is its poor optimization for low-end computers. This issue can be alleviated by the NVIDIA GeForce NOW cloud service.
Owners of a legitimate copy of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 on Steam, Microsoft Store, or even through PC Game Pass can now take advantage of NVIDIA's cloud gaming service to explore the Zone. The game is available at a resolution of 1440p with the Performance plan, while Ultimate subscribers can enjoy up to 4K at 120 fps.
This week, NVIDIA GeForce NOW also added several other popular games. According to a blog announcement from NVIDIA, the recently released Star Wars Outlaws is now available, along with Bethesda classics — The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Fallout 3 in their Game of the Year Editions. Interestingly, these titles are also accessible to PC Game Pass holders.
NVIDIA is offering GeForce NOW subscribers a special Forest Commando pack for Star Wars Outlaws, which includes cosmetic gear for Kay and her companion Nyx. Instructions for activating this pack will be sent to subscribers via email.
If you want to play this year, you can do so without the monthly service limit of 100 hours — that limit will come into effect in 2025.
